Matt Henry Group is searching for a Financial Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment for our El Segundo office that serves Los Angeles County & Orange County. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic. Experience working in sales and marketing is preferred.

Each member of out staff has a four year degree, 3.0 GPA or above and an excellant career progression. Duties:
As a Financial Recruiter you will market / sell our recruitment services to prospective clients and maintain existing relationships. Recruitment functions include interviewing applicants over the phone and consulting with these candidates on career choices and interview strategies. Candidates will be placed in temporary / contract assignments, temp to hire and in direct hire positions. Our office is structured in a team environment, while being individuals are held accountable for sales growth and activity targets.
Typical Day:
A typical day may consist the following activities:
Making 20-40 Contact sales Calls
Sending out 10-15 Contact Sales Emails
Answering the phones
Preparing 1-2 CSA a day and emailing them out
Setting up interviews
Debriefing candidates on interviews
Preparing candidates on interviews
Debriefing clients on interviews
Requirements:
We’re searching for results-oriented leaders with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.
College degreed professionals are preferred and at least 1 year of ‘real world’ work experience is also preferred. This is an inside sales position.
